Industrial Gas Pressure Regulator

Marsh Bellofram Corp.

The P200P series manual, direct-acting, self-operating, spring-loaded, adjustable-pressure regulators are designed for use in applications where pressure reduction is required. Designed for maximum durability, the regulators are offered with cast iron or WCB steel bodies, with aluminum bonnets and with a durable powder-coated epoxy exterior finish. Units offer installation versatility, an internal relief valve for overpressure protection, and minimize sudden downstream load changes, reducing the risk of safety equipment shutting an operation down. The regulators are available in a wide range of available flow capacities and spring ranges. They can be used in industrial-monitoring applications such as pressure regulation of compressors, gas engines, and service regulators.

Micron Filter

La-Man Corp.

The SuperStar 0.01-micron filter is a four-stage filter designed to operate most effectively within 25 feet of the point of use. By incorporating a charcoal absorption element, the filter offers a standard 0.01-micron rating with flow ranges of 50, 75, or 100 scfm and pressure ratings of 250 psi. Additional features include built-in differential pressure gauges and automatic float drain. The differential pressure gauges provide a visual indication of required maintenance, which is easily accomplished with the installation of the appropriate service kit and without removing the unit from the air system. The automatic float drain allows for the discharge of moisture from the filter with no electrical requirements.

Triaxial Accelerometer

Meggitt Sensing Sysems

The Endevco model 7298 triaxial, variable capacitance accelerometer is designed for highly accurate measurement of low-frequency events. Available in six models, ranging from 2 to 100 g, the unit incorporates a patent sensing element with gas damping and internal over-range stops, which enable the transducer to withstand high shock and acceleration loads. At 14.2 mm high and 22 grams, the impact of the unit on the mass of the test object is minimal. It has a very broad standard excitation input range covering 6 to 45 Vdc, operates across the full military temperature range of -55 to +125C with integral digital temperature compensation, and is easy to install. It offers +0.5% FSO typical non-linearity and hysteresis for most ranges, and +1% FSO maximum for both thermal sensitivity shift and thermal zero shift, enabling it to provide a high level of total accuracy.

Industrial RTDs

NOSHOK

The new probe-type industrial RTDs are available in 2, 3, or 4-wire circuit configurations in single or dual elements, and with a variety of fitting sizes and probe diameters. These general-purpose probes feature PVC or PTFE lead wires and are suitable for OEM applications including chemical processing, textile production, automotive, plastics processing, and HVAC.

  • When used in conjunction with a thermowell, the probe can be replaced without leakage.
  • 1/2" NPT welded process fitting is standard; other sizes and adjustable fittings are available.
  • RTD PT 100 Ω Class B is standard; others available.
  • Connection heads are available that meet NEMA requirements for indoor or outdoor use, providing protection against dust, rain, splashing, and hose-directed water.
  • Multiple electrical connections are available, including 1/2" NPT conduit with 36" cable, 36" integral cable, 1/2" NPT conduit with 6" flying leads, M12 x 1 (5-pin), 3-pin RTD plug, and M12 X 1 (8-pin).
