A touch-safe and high-power connector provides two power contacts rated 105 amps and four auxiliary power contacts for applications requiring signal or low power capability up to 20 amps. High-Flow Pump for Sludge Using no valves, seals, or rotors in the product stream, the SPX100D pump can run dry and handle high grit or air-entrained sludge with ease. Offering flows up to 400 gpm, the pump is suitable for scum, thickener underflow, belt press, or centrifuge feed. With a self-loading design, hose replacement is quickly achieved where the pump sits. Unlike other pump types, the highly abrasive materials do not affect pump life. The pump also provides easy access to shims and shoes, and the shaft design ensures fail-safe operations. Discharge pressure reaches up to 232 psi, and operating speeds reach up to 30 rpm for continuous use and up to 38 rpm for intermittent use. |

Custom Vanes, Rotors, and End Plates for Rotary Pumps Custom vanes, rotors, and end plates are available for use in rotary vane pumps pumping both liquids and gases. The carbon-graphite components provide lubrication in most environments, and are suitable for pumping liquids with poor lubricating qualities, strong chemicals that attack metals, and to pump air, vacuum, combustion products, and gasoline vapors. The materials are chemically resistant and are compatible with FDA food and beverage regulations. They have a low-wear rate running in both gas atmospheres and low viscosity liquids. |

Thermal Imaging Cameras The new generation of Heat Spy high-speed 30-hertz, 160x120 pixels, thermal-imaging cameras are available in two series with 16 different configurations to suit a variety of applications. The z30 series “Detector” is designed for on-the-spot maintenance inspections and repair. The z50 series “Inspector” is designed for users required to document and prepare reports with ease, including thermal, and digital images. All models have 2x digital zoom, 3.5" high-resolution display, laser aiming, audible and visible alarms, video output, spots, delta T, auto ranging, manual level and span, and adjustable display brightness. All pixels are individually calibrated, and Heat Spy quickly acclimates to ambient temperature changes. |

Spin-On Filter The SAF1 series spin-on filter for return line is suitable for mining, machine tool, power generation, forestry, and paper mill applications. It features a machined steel head and is offered with the porting option SAE ¾" straight thread (other threading options are available upon request). An integrated bypass valve with optional Dirt Alarm® indicators enables operators to identify the appropriate time to change the element. The filter comes with the company’s standard P size spin-on element in 10-micron and 25-micron Excellement® Z-Media® or in 10-micron cellulose media. |
