Continental Names Ryan Gocher Head of Distribution for Industrial Solutions Americas

FAIRLAWN, Ohio, June 24, 2025. Continental’s group sector ContiTech has appointed Ryan  Gocher as head of distribution for its Industrial Solutions business in the Americas, effective July  1. He will succeed Guy Enta, who is retiring in July. 

In his new role, Gocher will report to Andreas Gerstenberger, CEO of ContiTech USA and Head  of the Business Area Industrial Solutions Americas. 

Gocher currently serves as ContiTech head of distribution for the United States, a position he  has held since February 2024. He previously led product management for Industrial Solutions  Americas and held several senior leadership roles including global business director for  hydraulics and portfolio director for Industrial Fluid Solutions Americas. 

Gocher brings more than two decades of experience in industrial sales,  marketing, and operations, with a strong focus on customer success and  profitable growth. His deep understanding of the region’s distribution business will be instrumental  in strengthening our market presence and supporting continued business growth
