Hydradyne Acquires Gatlin Corp/Seal Group

Hydradyne LLC completed an agreement to acquire Gatlin Corp./Seal Group at Gatlin Corp., headquartered in Brookhaven, Miss. Hydradyne, a Parker Hannifin national distributor, currently operates a network of 35 branches in 11 states, providing wholesale distribution, retail stores, fabrication and repair centers throughout the southern United States. The company will utilize Gatlin’s expertise and veteran sales team to offer standard and customized seal products.
