On-Site Hydraulic and Industrial Hose Service Provider Sells Out Entire Territory to Two Local Franchise Groups in Under 60 Days

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 22, 2025) – PIRTEK USA, an on-site and retail hydraulic and industrial hose service provider, the nation’s leading provider of on-site and retail hydraulic and industrial hose services, has officially completed its planned expansion into the Greater Kansas City area. Earlier this year, the brand named Kansas City as a key target market, and within just a few weeks, awarded all available territories to two strong franchise groups. 

Leading the charge on the Missouri side is Kansas City native Jesse West, a seasoned banking executive with 30+ years of leadership experience and a deep network in the region’s industrial sector. West will operate PIRTEK KCMO, covering key territories including Kansas City, North Kansas City, Belton, Grandview, Lee’s Summit, and Raymore, Missouri.  

On the Kansas side, the dynamic family team of Billy Norris, Laycie Norris, and Cody Norris will launch PIRTEK Kansas City, Kansas (KCK) as a Tier 1 location. Backed by more than three decades of combined corporate experience in operations, HR, sales, and finance, the trio will also develop territories in Olathe, Overland Park, and Northland, Kansas.

Together, these two teams represent the future of PIRTEK USA – entrepreneurs with strong roots, diverse expertise, and a shared commitment to excellence. 

Though they came through different channels, West and the Norris family have embraced the opportunity to launch together.
