DAYTON, OH – June 11, 2025 Scott Industrial Systems is proud to announce the acquisition of Automated Engineered  Solutions (AES), a dynamic automation company headquartered in Oberlin, Ohio. This  strategic move marks a significant milestone in SCOTTS’s continued growth, deepening its  expertise in industrial automation, custom machinery, and advanced engineering  solutions. 

AES brings over three decades of experience delivering tailored automation systems across  a broad range of industries. The team, known for its innovation and technical strength,  remains fully intact.
