Axiomatic releases three I/O controllers with DIN rail mounting for machine control panel applications with multiple interfaces including SAE J1939, Modbus TCP/IP and USB.

AX028010

The AX028010 features 12 Analog/Digital/PWM/Hz Signal inputs with 3 ports offering configuration as resistive inputs. Outputs are 12 PWM High-side Sourcing. The controller interfaces to CAN SAE J1939 and Modbus TCP/IP (Ethernet 10/100 Mbit/s). The enclosure is rated as IP20 and is designed for DIN rail mounting for industrial applications with operation from -40 to 85°C (-40 to 185°F).

The AX180010 controller with 7 universal signal, 3 RTD inputs, and 2 digital outputs can be networked to a SAEJ1939 bus. It accepts 12 or 24 Vdc nominal and operates at -40 to 85ºC. Protections include forward and reverse polarity protection, transient protection, and short circuit to ground protection. The sophisticated control algorithms allow the user to program the controller for a wide range of applications without the need for custom software. The enclosure is rated as IP20 and is DIN rail mount for control panels. The AX180000 model adds a Modbus TCP/IP interface to the product.

The new AX028030 Controller has 4 Digital and 8 Analog Signal Inputs with 12 Digital and 4 Analog Signal Outputs plus 2 PWM High-side Sourcing Outputs. It interfaces to CAN SAE J1939 and has a USB port. The enclosure is rated as IP20 and is DIN rail mount.

Axiomatic Controllers are suited for industrial control panels, engine control systems, oil and gas equipment automation, and rugged machine automation.
