HYDAC Receives PED Certification

HYDAC International announced that its accumulator manufacturing facilities in Bethlehem, Pa., and Houston, Tex., have achieved PED (also known as “CE”) certification. The Bethlehem facility achieved certification of its bladder accumulator production lines as of July 2, 2017 and is moving forward to also earn certification for its diaphragm accumulator production lines in early 2018. The Houston facility achieved certification for its “Houston-specific” design of bladder accumulators (specific fluid and gas ports) in sizes 10 to 57 liters and plans to expand certification to additional sizes, as well.
