NOSHOK Announces Product Management Team

NOSHOK recently announced the members of its product management team. Jeff Dillen serves as instrument product manager, and Rob Kress is technical product manager and a recent addition to the team.

NOSHOK’s product managers collaborate to develop operating plans and growth objectives. Dillen coordinates the business surrounding product strategy, and Kress focuses on the technical aspect of product solutions.

Dillen has been a key member of the NOSHOK team for over 15 years, with extensive experience that includes customer support, application support, product training and regional sales management.

As instrument product manager, Kress’s responsibilities include defining market needs and opportunities, analyzing competitive conditions, and strategizing product and product line solutions.

Kress brings 28 years’ experience in automation engineering, specializing in process instrumentation, valves and actuators, along with sensor engineering with a focus on pressure and temperature measurement technologies. As technical product manager, Kress works closely with the company’s engineering and sales teams and is tasked with developing customer-focused application solutions at the leading edge of innovation.
