Parker Hannifin Upgrades Website Search Function

An upgraded search functionality on Parker.com will help customers find parts and information faster and easier, Parker Hannifin announced on March 17.

A single search box handles all requests, whether products, literature, support documents or other information. Customers no longer need to enter a keyword or part number.

An auto-suggestion feature suggests what the customer might be looking for so the customer sees results faster, the company said.

Searches returned with filters help the customer sort within those results. The filters further refine the results to help customers find what they’re looking for, according to the company announcement.
