ROSS Controls Opens New Michigan HQ

ROSS Controls, a supplier of pneumatic and hydraulic products that recently celebrated its 100-year anniversary, opened a new global headquarters on Aug. 26 in Ferndale, Michigan.

The new headquarters is also home to ROSS DECCO, a coil and solenoid manufacturer ROSS acquired in 2011, and Automatic Valve, the industrial division ROSS acquired in 2017. The new location brings together the company’s formerly separate administrative, manufacturing, engineering, research & development, marketing, and customer support operations.

The facility in the metro Detroit area has an urban feel in both the manufacturing and the office space while offering several areas dedicated for collaboration that will prove helpful for planned or impromptu meetings.

ROSS designs and manufactures pneumatic and hydraulic valves and control systems, remote alternative lockout systems, fluid power safety solutions, and poppet valve technology. It has manufacturing and distribution facilities in the U.S., Germany, France, the U.K., Japan, China, Brazil, India, and Canada.
