Rob Healey Promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Rob Healey has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be pivotal in advancing VERSA’s operational efficiency and strategic objectives. In his new role as COO, Rob will oversee multiple critical functions within VERSA as part of a phased transition. Rob has recently taken on the responsibility of handling the Quality Department. His leadership scope will expand in early to mid-2025 to include Marketing and Inside Sales, with further oversight of Assembly, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering planned for late 2025 into 2026.

Gus Badia Expands Role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Gus Badia, VERSA’s Chief Financial Officer, will take on expanded responsibilities, including IT and Business Applications oversight. This evolution of Gus’s role reflects his deep understanding of VERSA’s strategic objectives and his ability to leverage technological advancements to drive organizational efficiency and foster innovation.
