APSCO Acquires STAC

APSCO LLC, a manufacturer of pneumatic and hydraulic products for the mobile equipment and transportation industries, has acquired STAC Inc.

 STAC, established in 1983 and located in St. Paul, Minnesota, manufactures hydraulic coolers and supplies hydraulic systems to the transportation and mobile equipment industry. 

“We are excited about the combination of our organizations’ capabilities, products, and expertise,” Chris Wunsch, APSCO vice president of sales and marketing, said in a press release. “The synergies created by our combined organization will tremendously benefit the market and customers of both organizations!”
