Spectronics and ChemPoint Sign Distribution Agreement

Spectronics Corp., Westbury, N.Y., and ChemPoint.com EMEA BV, a subsidiary of Univar Inc., formed a strategic partnership for distribution of the SPECTROLINE WATER-GLO® fluorescent leak detection dye for water/water-glycol-based systems. Terms of the agreement grant ChemPoint the exclusive right to distribute and market the product in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
