ARGO-HYTOS Announces Management Changes

The ARGO-HYTOS Group recently announced upcoming changes to its management team.

As of June 30, CEO Christian Kienzle will hand over operational responsibility of ARGO-HYTOS to Erich Hofer. Kienzle was CEO since 1989. He will focus on the organizational and strategic orientation of the Group as chairman of the board of directors. For the time being, he will continue his duties as chairman of the Fluid Power Association of the VDMA.

Hofer has been CFO since 2017 and will continue in the role as CEO.

Marcus Fischer, COO of the ARGO-HYTOS Group since 2016, is responsible for the production plants in Germany, the Czech Republic, China, and India. Stefan Schindler, CMO, is responsible for the sales and marketing division.

ARGO-HYTOS is a medium-sized group of companies with around 1,400 employees. It develops and produces standard components and intelligent system solutions for fluid technology, especially in mobile hydraulics. It has facilities in Germany, the Czech Republic, India, Poland, and China.
