The 4 signal inputs to 8 half-bridge outputs controller drives actuators and valves and is powered by 48VDC batteries. It has 2 SAE J1939 ports and features Wake-on-CAN for power saving.

The AX020800 valve controller accepts 4  Universal Command Signal Inputs as  voltage (0-5, 0-10V), current (0-20, 4-20mA), frequency/PWM (0-10kHz), digital, or resistive (up to 250kOhms) types from sensors, joysticks, switches or pushbuttons.

The device interfaces with 2 SAE J1939 CAN networks using auto-baud-rate detection and utilizes a Wake-on-CAN function to save on power. Interfacing with machine battery power, it operates from 8 to 65VDC (12, 24, or 48V  nominal).

The AX020800 provides 8 proportional half-bridge outputs capable of 3A to drive actuators, hydraulic valves, or motors. It features high- or low-side driving.

The Valve Controller is applied on off-highway machines in distributed valve control CAN networked work functions.

It is designed for harsh environments with an IP67 rating. It operates from -40 to 85°C  (-40 to 185°F). Configuration is via the Axiomatic Electronic Assistant.
