Counterbalance Valves

The LoadAdaptive™ counterbalance valves – an evolution of and direct replacement of the CB series – are multi-pilot-ratio valves that provide improved stability and highly efficient operation. The valve family adapts to operating conditions – providing high pilot ratios for efficiency when possible and low pilot ration and low flow gain for stability when required – for load-holding applications. Three models are currently available with 3:1 pilot ratio (15-gpm standard-capacity, 10-gpm semi-restrictive, and 5-gpm restrictive).
