Hydradyne Purchases Baumgardner Service, Inc.

Hydradyne LLC, Fort Worth, Tex., completed an agreement on December 30, 2016 to acquire Baumgardner Service Inc., headquartered in Boiling Springs, S.C. Founded in 1968, Baumgardner provides 24-hour emergency and mobile service using their fleet of fully equipped service trucks. It also offers in-house service and repair for all brands of hydraulic equipment.
