MTS Sensors Becomes Temposonics

Amphenol, a global provider of high-technology interconnect, antenna, and sensor solutions, announced in June that it completed its acquisition of MTS Systems Corporation.

The MTS Sensors business in Cary, North Carolina, will operate under Temposonics LLC and in Lüdenscheid, Germany, under Temposoncs GmbH & Co. KG. Temposonics has 443 employees worldwide.

Temposonics provides magnetostrictive sensing technologies and solutions that permit precise and dynamic position and speed measurement in advanced automation and safety-relevant applications.
