Muncie Power Products Plans New Tulsa Facility

Muncie Power Products Inc., a manufacturer of power take-offs and fluid power components, recently broke ground for a new manufacturing facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The new building will be 250,000 square feet and provide additional capacity for

manufacturing machinery, assembly equipment, and warehousing. It will be the company’s primary facility for manufacture and assembly of power take-offs and other hydraulic components for work trucks.

Muncie Power Products has partnered with Merak Group, a design-build and

construction management company based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, for the

construction of their new facility in Peoria-Mohawk Business Park. The first phase of

construction is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2021.

Headquartered in Muncie, Indiana, the company has had a facility in Tulsa for more than 30 years.
