New Products from Terzo

Terzo recently announced two products added to its Hydrapulse line of fluid power products. Both are available for prototype ordering with deliveries for production orders beginning in early 2021.  

Electrohydraulic steering unit

Terzo recently released 10kw EHSU-10 electrohydraulic steering unit for electric, hybrid, and fuel-cell vehicle applications. 
 
The electrohydraulic steering unit is a complete power-on-demand smart steering-assist unit, featuring a fully integrated permanent magnet motor, inverter, control software, HVIL connector, IP6K9K, 200vdc to 800vdc power input, and CANJ1939 communications.
 
Terzo’s integrated cooling system, LED light ring, and compact architecture enables flexible mounting with space considerations and automation for all medium- and heavy-duty vehicle OEM’s. The electrohydraulic steering unit can be mounted in any orientation on an OEM vehicle application. Custom designs, mounting, porting, and pump outputs are available. 

High-voltage coolant pump

Terzo announced its production intent for a 2.5kw high voltage coolant pump (HCP model) for electric, hybrid, and fuel cell vehicle applications. 
 
The HCP model features up to 300 lpm (80 gpm) flow rate with the standard unit. It comes with an HVIL connector, IP6K9K, 200vdc to 800vdc power input, and CANJ1939 communications. The HCP model features Terzo’s integrated cooling system, LED light ring, and 2.5-inch O.D. output ports. Custom design, mounting, porting, and pump outputs are available.
