Norstat Offers New Multi-Use Flow Sensor

F-CORE_300Norstat now offers the F.CORE, a flow sensor with switchable outputs and a rotatable OLED display.

The F.Core Flow Sensor from M-P Sensor represents a multi-use flow sensor, as it combines the measurements of gas flow, temperature, process pressure and energy consumption all in one sensor. The results can then be output as an analog signal, digital switching signal or via an electronic interface.

An additional feature of the F. Core is that it is configurable, so the user can choose between several process connections as well as between Ethernet and IO-Link as a communication interface. Areas of application include both simple monitoring functions and exact determination of specific flow rates making the F. CORE an ideal solution for use in various industrial or medical applications.

The F.Core Flow Sensor can detect various operating media such as compressed air, helium, argon, nitrogen or carbon dioxide and is adaptable to various situations and applications due to its switchable outputs. Housing material is PC+ABS with aluminum wetted parts and has a protection rating of IP65, IP67. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +60°C.
