NOSHOK Acquires King Engineering

NOSHOK Inc. recently announced the acquisition of King Engineering Inc., including King-Gage and King Filters.

This acquisition expands NOSHOK’s Level Measurement Solutions portfolio in the food, beverage, dairy and marine markets, the company said in a press release. The brand will be renamed King Engineering Inc., a NOSHOK Company.

King Engineering has been a global supplier to the food and beverage industry for more than 80 years. The company specializes in the design and manufacture of liquid level tank gauging equipment and compressed air filtration components. King Engineering products also address the chemical, industrial, offshore, marine and water/wastewater markets.
