PHD Highlights Actuators at Automate Trade Show

PHD Inc., which provides actuators, OEM drop-in components, specialty work-holding clamps, and motion control robots, will feature its Flexion Gripping Systems at the Automate trade show, June 6-9, in Detroit.

In addition to its traditional pneumatic and electric actuators designed for industrial automation, PHD will present working displays with its latest products and modular systems capabilities. One display features a modular cartesian system comprised of PHD Series ESU and other electric actuators demonstrating speed, strength, and flexibility. Another display features the new Flexion Gripping Systems, inspired by the ultimate gripper, the human hand. Flexion solves challenging gripping applications, including irregular-shaped items, delicate items, and loose-filled bags. PHD will also feature high-speed linear drive systems that can be easily integrated into leading controls for pick and place and other automation applications.

YRG Inc. will exhibit its standard product line, including single-axis robots, SCARA robots, and LCMR200 modular linear conveyor systems for manufacturing.
