SCHURTER Named a Best Place to Work

The North Bay Business Journal announced this year’s winners of its annual Best Places to Work award, and SCHURTER is once again listed with other notable North Bay, California, companies. It is the 14th year that the Sonoma County-based SCHURTER has made the list.

The company is especially proud of this award because the recognition comes from its employees. For about four weeks in June and July, employees answer a survey about their views of the company, the people they work with, employment conditions, among other things. A response rate of at least 50% of employees is required for a nomination to move forward. The company selections are then determined after an extensive review of employee comments in the overall scope of the survey and application criteria.

An outdoor in-person awards ceremony took place on Sept. 15 at the Luther Burbank Center in Santa Rosa.
