Trelleborg Announces Leadership Changes

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions recently added several new hires to its team.

Trelleborg named Lindsay Bogart and Dominique Spencer customer success advocates for its Customer Solution Center in Fresno, California.

Bogart and Spencer will work one-on-one with customers daily to build strong partnerships and improve client retention and sales growth. They will provide first-rate customer service, driving efficiency and realizing success and growth.

Bogart started her career in manufacturing, where she worked in office administration and bookkeeping. She earned a bachelors in fine arts at California State University, Fresno.

Spencer comes to Trelleborg with a background in manufacturing and insurance. She earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Cardinal Stritch University.

Trelleborg promoted Michelle Esterline to regional controller for its North America global operations engineering plastics sites.

Esterline will be responsible for acquisitions, as well as the alignment and collaboration of Trelleborg manufacturing facilities.

Esterline has been with Trelleborg for four years, leading accounting and purchasing teams, while taking on special assignments and additional roles within the company.

Prior to joining Trelleborg, Esterline worked with LSC Communications and RR Donnelley in Kendallville, Indiana. She earned a bachelor’s in accounting from Indiana University, a master’s in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan, and a graduate certificate in accounting.

Trelleborg also named Justin Schoeph as channel customer success advocate.

Schoeph will serve as liaison between Trelleborg and its customers, working with internal teams to ensure customers have a positive experience with products and services.

Schoeph has a solid background with operations and customer experience, working in logistics and financial services out of college. He earned a bachelor’s in interpersonal and organizational communication with a minor in business studies from Purdue University.
