Trelleborg recently announced new hires in its healthcare and medical division, and an operations specialist.
Trelleborg announced Monica McDonald as marketing specialist for Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical. McDonald started her career at Thomson Reuters in product marketing and later worked at Prime Therapeutics in product marketing and market research roles, managing the development of go-to-market strategies to drive product growth for the company. McDonald holds a bachelor’s in strategic communications from the University of Minnesota.
Trelleborg hired Cindy Wu as controller for the Tustin, California, facility of Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical. Wu will be responsible for all phases of accounting, financial reporting, business partnering, and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Wu has worked in the finance industry since 1997. She previously served at CertainTeed Corporation and Howmet Aerospace as plant controller. She holds a bachelor’s in accounting from the University of South Florida.
Trelleborg also announced Grace Molloy as operations process specialist for its Toronto, Canada, facility. Molloy will be responsible for order management as well as communication and coordination throughout the supply chain. Prior to joining Trelleborg as a customer success advocate in 2020, Molloy worked for Three Ireland as a customer care executive and data analyst. She also worked for Uber as a community support representative and account manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering from Ireland’s University of Limerick.
