Austrian Company HENN Group Acquires Eisele

Austrian company HENN Group has acquired the business operations of Eisele Pneumatics in Waiblingen, Germany, and Eisele Connectors Inc. in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  

Eisele is now a subsidiary of HENN and a part of the HENN Group. The transaction was completed as planned on March 1 and will be continued by new CEO Johannes Jeitler. 

As part of the HENN Group, Eisele will play a leading role in the continuous development of innovative connection solutions in various industrial segments, according to a press release. 

Eisele’s connection components are represented in numerous industries, from automotive, welding, and laser applications to the food industry and medical technology. The mutual complementation enables both Eisele and the HENN Group to gain a foothold in new industries and markets and thus to set up the company in a long-term and stable manner for the future, the press release said.
