Duplomatic Acquires Germany’s Till Hydraulik

Italian company Duplomatic Group recently announced that it has acquired Günther Till Präzisionstechnik GmbH & Co KG, owner of Till Hydraulik, which manufactures hydraulic components for the mobile hydraulic sector.

Duplomatic, headquartered in Milan, said it took over all shares of Günther Till Präzisionstechnik on Dec. 6.

Till Hydraulik, headquartered in Helmstedt, Germany, manufactures products including cylinders for heavy-duty applications, manual compact drives, valves for mobile hydraulic components, and custom-made microhydraulics solutions such as medical surgery tables.

In 2022, Till Hydraulik, a family business founded by Günther Till, celebrates its 60th anniversary.

The relationship between Duplomatic and Till dates back to 2005, when Duplomatic began collaborating as a component supplier and then developed projects together with Till Hydraulik.

Following its strategic investment, Duplomatic is now present in the German market with a new production site, strengthening its global presence and expanding its range of motion control solutions, the company said in a press release.
