Hengst Acquires Bosch Rexroth Hydraulic Filtration

 

Hengst Filtration is acquiring Bosch Rexroth’s hydraulic filtration business.

The acquisition includes the Bosch Rexroth site in Ketsch, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. In addition to the hydraulic filter business, more than 40 industrial property rights will also be transferred. Bosch Rexroth’s hydraulic filter business develops and produces complete filters and filter elements for industrial and mobile hydraulic applications.

The purchase agreement was signed on July 16. The transaction is subject to anti-trust approvals and is expected to be finalized in early 2021. The parties have agreed not to disclose the amount of the purchase price. With this acquisition, Hengst further expands its industrial filtration division, which commenced with the take-over of Nordic Air Filtration in 2016 and Delbag in 2018.
