IMTS Network Launches in September

IMTS Network, one of the programs the International Manufacturing Technology Show is setting up in the wake of the canceled trade show, is scheduled to debut on Sept. 14.

The IMTS Network will stream until Sept. 18, highlighting stories and developing news on manufacturing technology. The online program will offer chronicles on transformative technology, industry-defining events, and pivotal relationships in manufacturing.

The online location for viewers to access the program has not been announced.

IMTS said network programs will include:

• IMTS Today – Live broadcasts from around the U.S. manufacturing community.
• Outside the Shop – A video series that explores manufacturing technology used in unconventional ways.
• Profiles in Manufacturing – In-depth features that tell emotional narratives and highlight the many faces of the MT industry.
• Tech Peek – Short, whimsical videos that feature emerging technology.

In addition to sharing content about the industry, IMTS Network will provide a platform for individual stories about people who drive manufacturing technology. IMTS is accepting personal videos from anyone who wants to share a story about manufacturing technology. Videos can be posted to IMTS.com/stories.
