(Jan. 3, 2024) — IRONCLAD Marketing, a full-service marketing agency specializing in business-to-business manufacturing clients, announces the promotion of two long-time employees, Brittany Luthi and Aaron Boerner. Luthi is promoted to staff development manager and Boerner to content director. The new roles include a wide range of responsibilities that capitalize on their depth of knowledge and expertise in writing, messaging, video shooting and editing, employee recruitment and management and mentoring. The promotions strengthen IRONCLAD’s ability to provide clients across the globe with strategic and compelling marketing pieces that consistently convey their core messages.
In her 9 years at IRONCLAD, Luthi has held a variety of roles, including public relations writer, account manager and senior account manager. These experiences make Luthi uniquely qualified with a breadth of expertise and understanding in all facets of the business. Her role as staff development manager will include training new employees on clients, processes, and markets to ensure on-point marketing plans and messaging. She will also work with all staff to determine knowledge gaps and opportunities to grow and expand expertise.

Boerner’s new role as content director will include reviewing content while training and mentoring the public relations writing team to ensure strong messaging for both clients and industry media. With a background in broadcast media, Boerner has spent his whole career telling compelling stories. He has skills not only in writing and interviewing, but also in videography and editing. Additionally, he is drone certified, offering clients drone video and photography capabilities. In his new role he will continue to contribute as an experienced writer, guide the content creation and public relations team, and help to round out and boost the video services.
