Lexair Acquires Valve Manufacturing Assets From Keystone, an Emerson Brand

Lexair has made an acquisition of specific manufacturing assets from Emerson’s Keystone lines for the US Navy markets. The transaction also includes intellectual property licenses for technology and trademark by Emerson.

These products include the Navy High Performance Butterfly Valve Keystone K-LOK Figure 360/362 built compliant to MIL-DTL-24624A, Keystone 640/660 vent valves built to U.S. Navy BUSHIP drawing #805-1749102/1749103 rev B, and Keystone 641/661 fire-safe vent valves built to U.S. Navy BUSHIP drawing #804-1749102/1749103 rev C.

All manufacturing for these products will move from Emerson’s Pasadena, Texas facility to Lexair’s new and expanded factory in Lexington, Kentucky.
