NFPA Hosts Webinar on Leading in Hard Times

The National Fluid Power Association’s Future Leaders Network will host a webinar on leading organizations through times of crisis and change.

The Sept. 24 webinar, Leading Through Crisis: Multiple Perspectives for Future Leaders, looks at best practices for leading a team, department, or organization through hard times. John Stenz, chairman and CEO of FORCE America, and Jim Kaas, president of Iowa Fluid Power, share their perspectives and experiences. Going beyond one-size-fits-all best practices, they provide perspectives formed through years of experience at different organizations within the fluid power industry.

The webinar starts at 10 a.m. Central. Registration is open to NFPA members who are involved or interested in the Future Leaders Network.
