NFPA IEOC Conference Set for August

The National Fluid Power Association’s Industry & Economic Outlook Conference is scheduled for Aug. 17-18 at the Westin Chicago Northwest, NFPA has announced.

Registration opens in early June.

The Technology Foundation Golf Fundraiser precedes the conference on Aug. 15 at the Schaumburg Golf Club.

The annual IEOC focuses on the economy as it relates specifically to the fluid power industry. Industry experts share the analysis, hard data, and critical insights fluid power business leaders need to translate economic trends into competitive intelligence and successfully plan for the future.

The IEOC also provides opportunities for fluid power professionals to connect in and out of the sessions and at events such as the IEOC Invitational Golf Tournament, exclusive Future Leader activities, networking receptions and meals, and committee meetings.

Scheduled speakers include Alan Beaulieu of ITR Economics, Eric Starks of FTR Transportation Intelligence, Donna Ritson of DDR Communications, Eli Lustgarten of ESL Consultants, and Pat McGibbon of the Association for Manufacturing Technology.
