Schroeder Introduces MCMS 2000 for Sensor Data Analysis

Schroeder Industries recently introduced the MCMS 2000 machine condition monitoring system to its line of diagnostic IoT solutions.

The MCMS 2000 is a multi-input solution for analog sensor data analysis, specially tailored to meet the uptime requirements of industrial gearboxes and stationary hydraulic systems with auxiliary power units on roller bearings.

Able to simultaneously measure sensor readings for fluid condition, vibration/acceleration, and process parameters such as pressure, load, fluid level, and others, it can detect imminent damage and help avoid unplanned downtime.

Users can connect multiple MCMS 2000s for a complete system overview displayed in one centralized program. The online administration tool includes database and cloud-based storage of all data variables, which enables trending, visualization, and analysis of data from the connected sensor readings.
