STAUFF Acquires Couplings Producer

STAUFF Group has acquired VOSWINKEL, a producer of quick-release couplings for hydraulic systems. Founded in 1928, VOSWINKEL also develops and produces hydraulic hose fittings—particularly for high-pressure applications—as well as custom-designed piping. The equipment is used primarily for construction and agricultural machinery, as well as for commercial vehicles. VOSWINKEL will remain an independent company within the STAUFF Group and will retain its character as a medium-sized company led by the existing management. It will also continue to operate under its corporate name.
