Trelleborg Names HR Manager

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, a manufacturer of precision seals, bearings, and custom-molded polymer components, recently named Tabby Jarrett as human resources manager for its aerospace and damping solutions in the Americas.

Jarrett will be responsible for partnering with the growing aerospace business in the Americas to develop the team, recruit top talent, and ensure compliance. In her new role, she will advise on strategy and drive company training and development programs.

Jarrett has been with Trelleborg for four years as a human resources generalist and senior HR generalist, supporting various businesses and functions including aerospace, innovation and technology, damping solutions, and marketing Americas. Prior to joining Trelleborg, Jarrett worked as HR representative with extended care specialists in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
