Trelleborg Names New Managers

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions recently named two new managers to its leadership team.

Trelleborg appointed Caio Beraldo as technical manager, supporting its Americas business development team.

Beraldo will work alongside Trelleborg’s R&D team and customers globally to identify and develop innovative new products, solutions, and services. He will be responsible for the development of internal and external training initiatives with a focus on overcoming customers’ technical challenges.

Beraldo joined Trelleborg in 2007 as an application engineer in Brazil, working across a range of industries. Beraldo has since worked in a number of roles within Trelleborg, including sales engineer, product manager, plant manager, business development manager, and most recently as the sales manager for Brazil and South America.

Trelleborg also named Seth Grundmeier as ServicePLUS quality manager.

Seth Grundmeier

Grundmeier started his career at Pella Machine as a quality and tooling manager. He has served in various roles as an application engineer, project manager and quality manager at cline tool and service. Most recently he was the quality engineer at VB Seals and was instrumental in their achievement of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120 certifications for the business.

Trelleborg’s ServicePLUS centers provide a range of services focused on engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management, and the aftermarket. This includes simplified stock replenishment, component assembly, expedited delivery services, and digital tools.
