Colonial Seal Company acquires SSP Manufacturing

Colonial Seal Company, a New Jersey-based specialty distributor of standard and custom sealing solutions, formalized the acquisition of SSP Manufacturing of Hackettstown, NJ, on April 28, 2023.  

SSP has been manufacturing and distributing seals and related components to the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, power transmission, automobile, cosmetic, mining and other specialty industries since 1994.  SSP products are sourced only in the USA, and these products include seals and gaskets for rotating shafts, agitators, mixers, blenders, filling and cupping equipment etc.  Materials available include: Food Grade(FDA) NBR, Viton(FKM), PTFE, HPU, EPDM, PEEK, POM, HYTREL, and UHMW material.

Dasha Kharkevich will be the new General Manager of SSP Manufacturing, and she has years of experience in this industry.  SSP will operate out of the Westville, NJ location.
