Precision Orifices Offer Trouble-Free Performance and Repeatability

O’Keefe Controls Co. manufactures a wide variety of precision orifices and assemblies for use in gas or liquid metering and control. There are three families in the overall precision orifice line up at O’Keefe Controls.

The manufacturer’s metal orifice assemblies feature NPT and barbed connections along with threaded, press-in, compression and VCR fittings. The devices are used widely where precision, performance and repeatability are crucial. Single- or two-piece configurations are available.

O’Keefe Controls’ sapphire orifice is a stable, accurate flow restrictor available in diameter sizes from .0012″ to .0252″ (in 32 increments). The device is highly resistant to heat, wear and corrosion.

The Precision Micro-Orifices® are constructed of brass or stainless steel in diameter sizes from .0003″ to .005″. They are used to accurately meter very low flow rates of gases or liquids. Optional stainless steel screens are available to protect against contamination from minute particles.
