Swift Filters Acquires Houston-based Manufacturer

Swift Filters, Inc. acquired JB Services International, Inc., a Houston-based manufacturer of high-pressure filter housings sold to oil and gas, chemical processing, automotive manufacturing, and other markets. The purchase marks the entry of Swift into the filter-housing manufacturing business. JB Services is now part of a newly created division of Swift called Swift-JB International, LLC and is based in Houston, Tex.
