Trelleborg Sealing Solutions recently added to its management team.
Trelleborg promoted Charise Weigel to customer success manager for its ServicePLUS centers, supporting customers in California, Iowa, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
Weigel will lead a team that provides quality customer service, efficiency, and continued growth for Trelleborg’s ServicePLUS customers. Weigel has over twenty years of experience working in the industry at Trelleborg, where she served as warehouse manager, worked in accounts payable/receivable, and most recently as a customer success advocate. Weigel holds a bachelor’s in family services from the University of Northern Iowa.
Trelleborg also promoted Anna Januzzi to supply chain manager for Latin America.
In her new role, Januzzi will lead supply chain management in Trelleborg’s customer solution centers for Mexico and Brazil. She will also oversee the Mexico customer success department. Previously, Januzzi worked as a logistics analyst, logistics assistant, and SCM coordinator for Trelleborg. Januzzi earned an undergraduate degree in logistics from the Brazilian Institute of Advanced Technology, and a master’s in business administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation in Brazil.
