Webinar Promotes Fluid Power Careers to Purdue Students

The National Fluid Power Association is seeking industry representatives to serve as panelists for a Fluid Power Careers Information Session at Purdue University on Sept. 11.

In a Zoom webinar from noon to 3 p.m., industry members will talk to students about career opportunities and other topics. NFPA will group representatives in break-out sessions that students choose at registration. The break-out sessions will focus on selected topics matched to participating industry panelists.

The event seeks to spark interest in fluid power careers among Purdue University students of all grade levels. NFPA said companies that regularly attend Purdue University’s Fall Career Fair can help create awareness of fluid power for students hoping to lock in a career choice before graduating.

To participate in a panel or otherwise taking part in the event, contact Amy Zignego at azignego@nfpa.com or 414-778-3376 by Aug. 28.
