Hose Products

The UNIFLEX Hose Products Division manufactures a wide range of interlock, multi-spiral, reusable, wire-braided fittings in one-piece and two-piece construction, a range of adapters (BSP, Metric, SAE, and JIS) and live swivel joints in its machine shop with CNC sliding-head turning machines with the capacity to turn over 20 million components annually.
The division, with its in-house infrastructure in heat treatment with a continuous belt-type conveyor furnace and PLC-controlled fully automatic plating plant, supplies fittings to OEMs, distributors, and end users in various industry segments to several worldwide markets. The division also manufactures oil field fittings, such as integral hammer union fittings, integral female 1502 union fittings, slim hole rotary drilling fittings, and large hex male API fittings, etc.
