Italy’s Hydreco Hydraulics Launches New Products at Bologna Exhibition

Hydreco Hydraulics Italia will exhibit new products at the EIMA International 2021 show, Oct. 19-23, in Bologna, Italy.

At the show, which exhibits agricultural and gardening machinery, Hydreco will present its integrated solutions for motion control, which include joysticks, hydraulic pedipulators, power units, joysticks, and electronic pedals. The company also exhibits machine control systems based on the CANbus protocol as well as bankable valves and hydraulic cylinders.

Hydreco’s new HY1 and HY2 pumps, robust and long lasting, are used in mobile applications, such as earth-moving, construction, agricultural, forestry, and municipal machinery. Two other versions, a low-noise version and one with a cast-iron body, are in production.

Hydreco Hydraulics, headquartered in Poole, UK, is a Duplomatic Group brand dedicated to the mobile sector and producing advanced motion control solutions for mobile operating machines.

It has plants around the world, including the U.S., India, Norway, Germany, and Australia,

With the new series, Hydreco is positioned as a supplier of the entire range of external gear pumps with aluminum bodies and cast-iron flanges and covers, available in multiple configurations and with different types of flanges and connections for suction, delivery, and shafts.

Hydreco Hydraulics Italia manufactured the products at a new facility in Parma, in the Italian province of Modena. The Parma facility was needed to meet the demands of a constantly growing market, the company said in a press release.

“We have undertaken an important investment plan to expand and improve the motion control solutions package we offer,” Davide Vaccina, managing director of Hydreco Hydraulics Italia, said in the press release. “For this reason, it has become essential to further expand. We started at the new headquarters in Parma with the manufacturing of Group 2 pumps, and we are starting production of Group 1 pumps. When fully operational, we will have three production lines in operation, and we plan to conclude the range at the beginning of 2022 with the Group 3 pumps.”

The investment was accompanied by the release of new series of directional control valves, HIC blocks, and joysticks, the company said.
