Attending an IFPS Meeting is a great way to meet and network with other passionate fluid power professionals.

The IFPS 2020 Spring Meeting will take place at the Embassy Suites USF in Tampa, Florida, from February 24-27, 2020.

A technical workshop, “A New Look at Old Hydraulic Concepts,” presented by Michael Hanley, CFPAI will be held on Monday, February 24, 2020, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. ($150/per person and includes lunch.)

Description: Energy conservation and hydraulic efficiencies are the driving forces behind the acceptance of fluid power systems versus electro-mechanical solutions. This workshop will explore concepts of hydraulic energy conservation with discussions focused on counterbalance valves, energy conversion, fixed displacement pumps, variable frequency drives, and how to stay competitive in the marketplace.
