Accurately controlling pressure in environments where flammable gases, combustible dust or fibers/flyings and filings are present just got easier. Our newest FM-approved intrinsically safe and nonincendive electro-pneumatic pressure regulators serve professionals who need precise, repeatable pneumatic control in hazardous locations.

The new intrinsically safe ISQBX is a great standalone unit or a pilot for a wide range of applications in Class I, II, III, Division 1, Groups C-G environments. For higher flows, integrated volume boosters on the ISQB3 (up to 30 SCFM) and ISQB4 (up to 200 SCFM) regulators offer a single space-saving design – no need to pair a pilot with an external volume booster. These new units provide accuracy up to 0.5% of full scale, compared to approximately 5% accuracy with an assembly.

The new nonincendive ISQBF fits in Class I, II, Division 2, Groups C-G environments. This device is potted inside, allowing for direct control of media like methane and natural gas.
